1. General questions

What is the status of my order?

 

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

After your order is confirmed, the purchase procedure will be processed.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "Order" section on your account page on the website.

 

Can I change my order?

 

Cancellation is not allowed once the order is confirmed.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.

 

Where do you ship?

 

We currently ship locally in Malaysia.

For shipping outside of Malaysia, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've made your payment, it usually takes 3 working days to process it for delivery.

 

 

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

 

You can purchase on our website through Local Cheque Deposit (CD) or Local Bank Transfer (TT)

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

 

Which currency will I be charged in?

 

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

 

No. Since we only proceed for 50% advance payment for several products only.

 

 

3. Shipping

Where do you ship?

 

We currently ship locally in Malaysia.

For shipping outside of Malaysia, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

 

Once you've made your payment, it usually takes 3 working days to process it for delivery.

 

What shipping methods are offered?

 

There are 2 types of shipping methods available which are Self-pick up and Ground Transportation.

Self-pick up is free of charge while Ground transportation will charge RM1500.00

You can choose these shipping methods at checkout.

 

How can I track my package?

What if I'm not home?

You will be notified before our logistic partner proceed for delivery.

We are not open for international shipping yet. Local shipping is not required for taxes payment.
